For children, using words to express what they feel can be very difficult and through art therapy, they can find a safe space to express their feelings and experiences and explore their difficulties and potentialities.

In an environment of free expression and creativity, them children s and teenagers, guided by an experienced art therapist, gain greater self - knowledge that helps them release blockages, fears and insecurities that may be limiting and affecting their welfare.

Art therapy is a professional specialization that is worked through individual or group sessions, in which artistic expression serves as a starting point for therapeutic work. In this sense, through artistic means (plastic materials, play, body expression, painting, sculpture, music ...), children symbolize and project their internal world, and have the possibility of communicating in a way more spontaneous, without the difficulties that expressing oneself through words sometimes presents.

The inner world of children is a mystery and on many occasions entering it is difficult for parents.

The children show us that something is happening to them; they are nervous, distracted, defiant, sad, angry ... although they can rarely explain or say what is happening to them, because they do not really recognize or identify what they are feeling.

For children, ART is the most natural form of expression and a non-verbal way of communicating with their peers and with adults. Through art and play, they stage and symbolize their internal world and this is precisely what makes them evolve and develop.
