Rebuilt Families
or in the process of separation

The separation process is a traumatic period for the whole family and inevitably we have to go through some phases.

Based on my experience with rebuilt families, I have developed a four-month program for mothers / fathers and children, with which you can approach the separation process in the most harmonious and healthy way for the whole family._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

The counseling program

The program for families rebuilt or in a process of separation is based on my long experience working with children and their families.

In the first years of intervention, when carrying out an evaluation of the work carried out, it became clear that when working with families in the process of divorce or separation, both the parents and the professionals who cared for the children,_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ we focused on the symptoms and behaviors that were triggered in the children after the divorce (Tantrums and anger in the younger ones and more disruptive and depressive behaviors in the older ones)

I noticed that just treating the child in individual sessions did not get results. The children continued to have symptoms after one year of therapy. Some of the children managed to overcome the mourning and readjust to the new reality, they were those in which the fathers and mothers had been involved in this process, assuming their responsibility, and first resolving their own mourning, establishing agreements with the other parent, assuming their own pain, is when the children began to improve.

This led me to create a program that would help families so that the separation process would be the healthiest for the whole family and the least traumatic for the children.

For two years I have taught this project with great success.
